Objective: Design an unforgettable curated travel experience that offered luxury, adventure, wellness, and cultural immersion—positioned as both a corporate incentive offering and a concierge-style travel service for discerning private clients.
Itinerary Overview
- Day 1: Arrival & Blue Lagoon
Upon arrival, the client enjoyed brunch at the resort followed by reserved, timed entry to The Blue Lagoon for an elevated spa experience in serene surroundings. - Day 2: Private Golden Circle Adventure
At dawn, a private guided tour took the client through Iceland’s natural wonders, including geysers, waterfalls, and lava fields. Lunch at a rustic cabin rest stop provided a cozy, authentic Icelandic experience. An added wellness package included exclusive hot spring access away from crowds, offering moments of seclusion. - Day 3: Morning with Icelandic Horses & Departure
Before departure, the clients enjoyed a unique excursion to meet Icelandic horses, followed by a curated lunch to-go, ensuring they left Iceland with a final, cherished memory.

- Conducted scouting based on firsthand travel experience in Iceland.
- Negotiated inclusions with DMC, resort , and excursion vendors.
- Designed a balanced journey of relaxation, adventure, and culture.
